Our adventure begins in the “Catedral San Pedro Apostol”, a beautiful church built in the Neo- classical style with beautiful stained glass, whose tower is visible from all parts of the city.
We continue to the nearby Macorix Cigars Co. a traditional manufacturer of quality cigars. A stroll through Central Park, a handicraft shop in the village center and a tour of the old town and the beautiful seafront boulevard complete the experience within the city.
Outside the city we will have a panoramic look at a sugar mill and a baseball field. We will finish the excursion at the extraordinary Ron Barceló Historical Center, where your senses will be captivated getting a chance to smell, see, taste and feel the true essence of the Dominican Rum and appreciate the quality of Barceló Rum. The magic of the aging cellars, barrels workshops, museum and shop will introduce you to fantastic products and present the opportunity to shop for souvenirs and special items.
