At Runners Adventures we are more than committed to emerge victorious from this great battle. Our goal is to be united and raise awareness among our staff, so that our first priority is the care our clients. It is with this intention that we have designed this manual with what we hope is a clear guideline to help with prevention of COVID-19.
- Hand sanitizer available to travelers and staff
- Social distancing enforced throughout experience
- Gear/equipment sanitized between use
- Transportation vehicles regularly sanitized
- Regular temperature checks for staff
- Guides are responsible for taking the temperature of all our clients. Access to the vehicle or facilities will not be allowed if the temperature is above 37.5 degrees Celsius.
- The use of sanitizer is mandatory before boarding a vehicle. Also, after getting off at a stop and returning back inside.
- Our vehicles are reduced to 60% of their capacity.
- It is mandatory to use mask during transportation, safety briefing and Monkeyland activity and to keep the distance of 6 feet. During Ziplines and Buggys activity is recommended but not mandatory since distances between traveler are higher.
- All the tools to be used by our clients on our excursions are properly disinfected before and after each use.
- All our lockers in our facilities will be disinfected after use.
- All our products that are offered for sale in our stores are properly disinfected, following established protocols.
- The stops and stations will be restricted, according to the size of the place, to avoid crowds. These places will be reduced to a 50% capacity.
- We reserve the right to refuse a client who has presented fever, dry cough and respiratory difficulties, the day before the tour and the day of the tour, to participate in our excursions.
TRANSPORTATION
